Peach Salsa

FRUIT: 7 peaches, 4 jalapeños, 2 red onions, 1 red pepper
SOURCE: farmer’s market and CSA
COST: $5.50
RECIPE: OMG Peach Salsa from the Lazy Locavores
YIELD: 9 half-pints
TASTE: there was not a drip left in the pot so we’ll see when we crack open a jar, it sure smelled good.

    Looks GREAT! The one thing we might have left out in the recipe is to make a double batch so you have enough for eating right away and sharing with the neighbors… always an important part of the harvest! ;)

    • Hey thanks. Jars of food are what we give to our friends for Christmas so I’m sure some of these jars will end up with friends. I’m sure I’ll be trying it myself soon though. Thanks for the recipe.
