TASTE: there was not a drip left in the pot so we’ll see when we crack open a jar, it sure smelled good.

Looks GREAT! The one thing we might have left out in the recipe is to make a double batch so you have enough for eating right away and sharing with the neighbors… always an important part of the harvest!
