Every summer I can a whole bunch of food and come February I have no more applesauce and 15 jars of strawberry jam. How does that happen?
I guess not keeping track of how much we put by each year is how. So, this blog is an answer to that. Plus, it’s a handy place to keep links to recipes and such.
So, here’s to putting by the harvest, eating well in mid-winter, and always having a jar to give away.
