FRUIT: scraps and peels from the canned peaches

RECIPE: puree the scraps and peels. For each 2 cups of puree add 3 T honey and 1 T lemon juice. Spread evenly on dehydrator trays and dry.
YIELD: 17 rolled strips, we would have had more but they didn’t turn out as well in the older dehydrator.
