FRUIT: scraps and peels from the canned peaches
SOURCE: farmer’s market
RECIPE: puree the scraps and peels. For each 2 cups of puree add 3 T honey and 1 T lemon juice. Spread evenly on dehydrator trays and dry.
YIELD: 28 rolled strips
NOTES: I need to remember to not try and dehydrate and can on the same day. These took forever to dry because I was canning and it was drizzly outside.
