FRUIT: 15 ears of corn
SOURCE: CSA farm stand
COST: $4.75
RECIPE: shuck, blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes, remove from heat, cut kernels off ears and package for freezing
YIELD: 5 packs, 2 cups each
TASTE: yummy
