    Hi, when you vacuum seal the celery, carrots, turnips, parsley, etc…do you just wash and chop? no slight boil or nothing else? Also, would you be able to do this with all herbs..or should you dry them first.

    • All of the things you’ve mentioned I just peel (if needed), chop and vacuum seal. I do blanch beans, snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
