SOURCE: a local winery with raspberry bushes and the farmer’s market
COST: $27.00
RECIPE: 8 cups mixed raspberry/blackberry puree, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 4t calcium water, 3 cups sugar, 4t pomona pectin
YIELD: 9 half-pints, plus about a quarter-pint for the fridge
TASTE: yummy
