FRUIT: 4 quarts tomatillos, green tomatoes, onions, peppers
SOURCE: farmer’s market
COST: I’m not sure but probably $40-$50
RECIPE: from the food lover’s guide to Canning, using hotter peppers and I had enough tomatillos to make 1.5 batches
YIELD: 8 quarts
TASTE: I can’t wait to try them
