It turns out we’re big fans of rhubarb syrup, and our favorite application is the rhubarb bloom. It’s cocktail that marries our rhubarb syrup with another household favorite – gin. And that our gin happens to be locally distilled is even better. Don’t be afraid of the recipe because it calls for a cocktail shaker. Our ten-year-old can (and does) make this cocktail in no time flat. Yum!
